K2 Staffing, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to join their team as a Senior Insurance Account Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to build long-lasting relationships and drive business growth with a leading insurance agency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Co-manage a diverse portfolio of clients with a premium book of business exceeding $10M.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, carrier partners, and underwriters.
  • Manage the renewal process and marketing of key accounts to ensure timely and successful delivery of renewal proposals, policies, and other deliverables.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of commercial P&C account management experience.
  • EPIC experience a plus.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to commute to office 3-4 times per week.
