We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Account Representative to join our team at the Acushnet Company. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for managing orders, communicating demand, and coordinating shipments for our international titleist golf club products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer shipments to all international accounts.
  • Assist in international credit issues and forecasting.
  • Coordinate advertising, POS display, promotional materials, and maintain associated budgets.
  • Assist with the product launch process, helping to map out key launch dates as they relate to product deliverables for International Regions.
  • Work with the Sales Ops team to mitigate and communicate any product availability issues that may impact the launch calendar.
  • Perform order entry for subsidiary and distributor accounts.
  • Provide Customer Service for subsidiary and distributor accounts.
  • Generate export documentation for subsidiary and distributor shipments.
  • Manage Trade Sales/forecast database.
  • Perform miscellaneous department duties.
Requirements
  • 2 years college, AS or BS degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years customer service / golf industry / international business experience.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Golf/product knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm.
