We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Account Representative to join our team at the Acushnet Company. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for managing orders, communicating demand, and coordinating shipments for our international titleist golf club products.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and administer shipments to all international accounts.
- Assist in international credit issues and forecasting.
- Coordinate advertising, POS display, promotional materials, and maintain associated budgets.
- Assist with the product launch process, helping to map out key launch dates as they relate to product deliverables for International Regions.
- Work with the Sales Ops team to mitigate and communicate any product availability issues that may impact the launch calendar.
- Perform order entry for subsidiary and distributor accounts.
- Provide Customer Service for subsidiary and distributor accounts.
- Generate export documentation for subsidiary and distributor shipments.
- Manage Trade Sales/forecast database.
- Perform miscellaneous department duties.
- 2 years college, AS or BS degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years customer service / golf industry / international business experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Golf/product knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm.
