About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As an Institutional Account Executive, you will play a critical role in building relationships with institutional clients and driving sales growth within the government, education, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the institutional market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior sales experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
