Institutional Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in the government, education, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the institutional market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the institutional market
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform strategic decisions
- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Business development experience, with a focus on opening new customers and growing existing relationships
- Knowledge of the institutional market, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of government, education, and healthcare clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
