About the Role:

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for achieving sales forecasts and gaining access to promoted products within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with healthcare professionals to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales in assigned territories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales efforts and achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of two years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and achieving business results
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and data-driven decision making
