Medical Sales Representative

About the Role:
The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for achieving sales forecasts and gaining access to promoted products within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with healthcare professionals to drive sales growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales in assigned territories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales efforts and achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate value to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of two years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and achieving business results
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and data-driven decision making
