About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales team at Expert Institute. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at top plaintiff law firms
  • Articulate the value proposition of Expert Institute's services and solutions
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of prospect and customer interactions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any subject
  • 0-2 years of B2B sales experience or internship
  • Professional presence with a high level of emotional maturity
  • Comfortable cold calling and speaking with prospective clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Working knowledge of Office-based applications, Google, and CRM
