Institutional Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As an Institutional Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building relationships with institutional clients and driving sales growth within the government, education, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the institutional market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior sales experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field, or 3+ years of sales experience.
