We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer in Climate Resilience and Water Solutions to enhance our mission of promoting sustainability and resilience in water resource management. Our firm is at the forefront of innovative engineering practices, focusing on ecological restoration, green infrastructure, and climate adaptation.

As a Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in the development and execution of strategies aimed at water resource management and resilience. Your role will encompass a variety of projects that address ecological restoration, climate adaptation planning, and the implementation of nature-based solutions in diverse environments.

This position offers flexibility in work location, allowing for a hybrid work model that combines both office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead water resource and resilience projects from inception to completion.
  • Design and supervise the implementation of water infrastructure initiatives.
  • Assess and apply sustainable stormwater management and flood mitigation strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on climate resilience and adaptation methodologies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Draft and evaluate technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Familiarity with state and federal funding initiatives.
  • Experience working with public sector clients.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
