We are currently seeking a full-time, results-oriented Commissioning Engineer to enhance our onsite capabilities for a significant, multi-year construction initiative. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee planning, management, and coordination of project commissioning tasks, ensuring adherence to established project scopes.
  • Guarantee that commissioning services comply with defined workflows to uphold the minimum standard of care.
  • Monitor project performance and provide constructive feedback to project teams.
  • Assume responsibility for projects of varying complexity and scale.
  • Engage proactively with architects, design professionals, commissioning consultants, project managers, and regulatory officials.
  • Manage external commissioning consultants and other technicians assigned to the project team.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of practical experience in commissioning, demonstrating a profound understanding of the discipline.
  • Solid knowledge and background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection trades.
  • Prior experience with architecture and design on intricate and large-scale construction management projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, architectural engineering, or a related technical field with relevant work experience.
  • P.E. License, RA registration, and/or certifications such as BCxP, CCP, CCM, CBCP, or BECxP are highly preferred.
