Position Summary:
We are currently seeking skilled Civil Site Engineers for diverse opportunities across various projects. With a strong focus on a flexible working atmosphere and a collaborative team approach, these roles present excellent prospects for Civil Engineers eager to engage in challenging and rewarding assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting site layout, grading, drainage, and septic system design.
  • Preparing development plans and managing project timelines.
  • Coordinating with engineering and construction teams throughout the design phase.
  • Generating cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.
  • Engaging in client consultations, liaising with contractors for submissions, and drafting reports.
  • Overseeing construction management and site supervision.
  • Preparing various permit applications to meet local and state regulations.
  • Designing sewer collection and water distribution systems.
  • Executing stormwater management designs and calculations.
  • Preferred experience with planning boards and public testimony.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while also mentoring junior staff.
  • Familiarity with local land use regulations and processes.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in site/civil design, including site planning, grading, stormwater management, and erosion control.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
  • FE/EIT certification and/or P.E. license is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or AutoCAD Land Development Desktop is essential.
  • Experience with HydroCAD and related software is advantageous.
