Position: Operations Specialist Client Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and resolution of inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure prompt and accurate responses to client needs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of ACBB's services and how they are utilized by clients, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Oversee the management of customer service inquiries, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Deliver high-quality support to clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Adhere to the Bank's operational procedures related to client service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts through proactive outreach.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and manage issue resolution.
  • Identify trends and potential risks in service delivery and escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Assist the Client Services Manager with additional projects and responsibilities as required.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discussions aimed at improving operational processes.
  • Perform related duties in alignment with the Bank's objectives and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in banking operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficient in typing and computer skills.
  • Strong visual and auditory skills.
  • Excellent reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM and banking systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and banking processes.
  • Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.
