Compensation:
$19.50 per hour

Employment Status:
Full-time, 40 hours per week

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm with on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Services Specialist, you will:
  • Establish and nurture trusting relationships with individuals receiving support.
  • Ensure that assistance is provided in a manner that promotes growth, skill development, and enhanced self-esteem.
  • Contribute to achieving program objectives, outcomes, and quality improvements.
  • Manage medical needs, including scheduling appointments and ensuring follow-up care.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant living environment, addressing maintenance needs promptly.
  • Design personalized goal plans to foster individual growth and life skills acquisition.
  • Enhance partnerships with individuals, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement initiatives focused on improving individual experiences and fostering a culture of servant leadership.
  • Apply leadership strategies to maximize engagement among individuals and staff.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Support Services Specialist role, you should possess:
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver's license and driving experience.
  • Access to a vehicle with proper insurance and registration.
  • A flexible team player mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
