- Operate one or two NC/CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Change machine tools as necessary to maintain optimal production levels.
- Inspect parts to required tolerances and specifications, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Accurately enter time and labor reporting daily to ensure accurate records.
- Work safely and maintain a clean work area to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment.
- Perform minor assembly functions as required to meet production demands.
- Maintain acceptable levels of production to meet company goals and objectives.
- Report equipment and material problems to management to ensure prompt resolution.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and reading skills to accurately perform tasks and record data.
- Ability to stand for approximately 10 hours per day to meet production demands.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 85 lbs. approximately times per hour to perform tasks safely.
