Flooring Business Development Manager

CentiMark Corporation, a leading provider of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support our Regional Sales Managers in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and/or estimating, preferably in the flooring industry. With a focus on account development and territory growth, this role will involve responsible for following up with existing accounts, prospecting new leads, and collaborating with the sales team to deliver accurate proposals to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver winning proposals to customers
- Conduct site inspections and provide accurate estimates for materials and labor required
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in sales or estimating, preferably in the flooring industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid State driver's license (in good standing)
