Sales Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Chicago area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients in commercial, industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide tailored solutions and guide clients through the sales process
- Track sales activities and client interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pitches to close deals
- Negotiate profitable contracts and pricing agreements
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth project execution
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Representative. The role offers a competitive salary range of $125k - $200k first year and provides a challenging and rewarding work environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, project management or business development—preferably in commercial flooring, coatings or concrete polishing
- Proven track record of success in prospecting, qualifying and closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales software
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Willngness to travel within the assigned territory
