Responsibilities

The Construction Territory Manager will be responsible for:

  • Marketing floor covering, turn-key installation and additional accessories to local Builders.
  • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Understanding all Rite Rug products, accessories, and services; along with market competition and how to utilize products to support and grow the company.
  • Achieving and exceeding Company directed performance goals.
  • Reviewing and analyzing sales and usage reports in order to manage + maintain profitability.
  • Creating bids and Builder product programs.
  • Developing + communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Implementing process and onboarding with Internal Operations team.
  • Managing quality communication with customers and internal team members.
  • Executing onboarding process and procedures for new and existing clients.
  • Expanding customer base by converting prospects into new clients.
  • Continuing maintaining customer relationships on a direct level, while also maintaining a presence with the internal operations team during entire customer process – start to finish.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Presentation skills, price negotiation, and organization are a MUST.
  • Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills with a solutionist reputation.
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
