About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Regional Business Development Lead at MaxTech, Inc. This exciting opportunity will see you driving business growth and development in the Central Region, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve regional targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including floor covering contractors, general contractors, and distributors.
  • Promote MaxTech products through presentations, phone conversations, and email communications.
  • Manage a team of commercial sales reps to achieve regional sales targets.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of business development experience in the flooring industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 50%+, including overnights within region or to corporate events.
