Flooring Sales Representative

We are looking for a skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. This role requires a strong understanding of the flooring industry, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on territory management and account growth. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales processes and procedures.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the flooring industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on territory management and account growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, with experience using CRM software a plus.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
