At CentiMark Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Flooring Sales Developer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving account development and territory growth through strategic sales efforts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, company vehicle or vehicle allowance, paid business expenses, paid vacation/holidays, and a 401K plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in assigned territories
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities
  • Conduct site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  • Sales calls will involve direct interactions with end-users such as plant managers, plant engineers, and maintenance managers in various manufacturing/industrial environments

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales development and account management within the manufacturing/industrial sector is preferred
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Candidate must have a valid State driver's license (in good standing), be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and pass a pre-employment drug test
