Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary:The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front office operations, and leading a team of front desk staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Ensuring front desk supplies are readily available
- Acting as the first point of contact for guest complaints or issues
- Ensuring front office quality standards are met
- Managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing and managing sales throughout the day and night
- Coordinating hotel operations with other departments
- Motivating and leading a team
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-lingual environment
- High school or equivalent education required
- Knowledge of computer accounting programs and budgetary analysis
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel, services, and facilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
