Sugar Sands Beachfront Hotel is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary
The Front Desk Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This position involves overseeing the front desk staff, managing guest inquiries and requests, and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the front desk staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure, with a focus on resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
