Senior Business Development Representative

We are looking for a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Baldwin Supply Company. As a leading distributor of mechanical power transmission, conveyor belts, electric motors, and control products in the upper Midwest, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and expand our business throughout the state of Minnesota. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of proven outside industrial sales experience with a tangible product and strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell power transmission, conveyor belting, electric motor, automation, and industrial supply products from Baldwin
- Develop strategic plans to identify target prospects and turn them into customers
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients in the state of Minnesota
- Work closely with the product specialist and inside sales teams to manage current business and secure new opportunities
