Home Inspector Business Development Representative

Pillar to Post Serving Greater Twin Cities is a leading home inspection company with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service and deliver customized home inspection reports using the latest technology.
We are seeking an aggressive self-starter with dedication, professionalism, and strong people skills to join our team as a Home Inspector/Business Development Representative. This role involves conducting home inspections, generating sales leads, and providing outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. We offer a competitive salary range of $20-$25 per hour, based on a percentage of sales, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough home inspections and generate detailed reports
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales
- Participate in local marketing events and programs to promote the company's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of residential home systems and components
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders
