Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Sales Representative to join our team at Vantron Technology Inc. This role will involve leveraging CRM, databases, and other Business Intelligence tools to identify prospects and generate new sales opportunities.

About the Role:

  1. Creatively leverage CRM, databases, and other Business Intelligence tools to identify prospects and drive business growth.
  2. Research, make cold calls, utilize social media and email tools to generate new sales opportunities and expand our customer base.
  3. Act as an ambassador of our company, identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services, culminating in meetings or calls between prospects and Account Executives.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and maximize trade event ROI.
  5. Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM software.
  6. Work with Account Executives to maximize effectiveness of industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  7. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions and contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes.
  8. Report to the business development lead/manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Experience in different sales techniques including cold calls, social media, and email outreaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to give engaging presentations.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Business Tools.
  • Understanding and eagerness to continuously improve sales performance metrics.
  • A willingness to learn about new technologies and products in order to be a better brand ambassador to Vantron.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
