Our client is a global company that specializes in spray technology and engineering solutions. They design and manufacture precision nozzles and spray systems for a wide range of industries, including chemical, food and beverage, environmental, steel, automotive, and agriculture.

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding business by identifying and developing new opportunities within the designated region for our client's products. You will oversee and nurture relationships with current clients to drive growth, handle relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships, and provide regular updates on sales activities to leadership.

You will identify purchasing patterns, evaluate customer needs, and foster strong client relationships. You will initiate customer inquiries, follow through, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements. You will work closely with engineering teams to develop proposals, adjust market pricing, assess conditions, and align with company guidelines.

You will analyze client requirements and recommend the most suitable product solutions. You will contribute to evaluating market size and growth potential, enhance visibility of products and the company within the market, increase the rate of successful sales conversions, and share sales performance data with management to support future sales planning.

You will assess the necessity of participation in local trade shows, monitor the status of ongoing project quotes, and maintain CRM updates. You will manage sales operations within the allocated budget, including travel, marketing initiatives, and product samples.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. You should have a minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the process equipment industry, with proven sales records in selling process equipment.

You should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field from an accredited institution, and an Advanced Business or Economics Degree is a plus. You should be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to perform multiple tasks.

You should have exceptional project management skills, be punctual, reliable, and self-directed, and be proactively oriented towards solving customers' problems.
