Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Charter Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in our charter services segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mine for new business opportunities based on market knowledge and company objectives to meet revenue budget goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Utilize our sales booking systems to make sales, track availability, and maximize customer contacts.
  • Maintain weekly call spreadsheets of all cold calling efforts, marketing efforts, and business wins.
  • Communicate daily with Operations Managers to ensure quality service.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Sales
  • Reliable transportation with ability to travel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Ability to effectively present information in a clear, concise format one-on-one and in small groups
  • Ability to demonstrate reasoning capability by dealing with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Transportation Industry experience a plus
