We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee our clients for a designated territory and build relationships through hands-on project management. Responsibilities include managing DC Group employed Field Service Engineers, coordinating their maintenance, installation, and repair work schedules, and managing mission-critical emergency service requests. You will also drive the logistics between multiple departments to successfully fulfill contract service-level-agreements (SLA). Additionally, you will monitor email and phone communication from DC Group clients, provide prompt responses and solutions, and prepare field service reports based on analysis of recorded data. We offer a strong starting salary, healthy incentive bonuses, and extensive coaching and one-on-one job training to ensure your success. Requirements include a minimum AA/AS degree, strong written and oral communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to manage varying daily deliverables while addressing customer needs.
