Regional Sales Manager

K-FLEX USA is a leading manufacturer of flexible elastomeric foam insulation with 12 production facilities worldwide and a distribution channel that reaches 43 countries. Our company offers a wide range of thermal and acoustic insulation and jacketing systems that provide efficient installation processes and reliable performance on pipes, ducts, vessels, and equipment for various applications, including HVAC, Refrigeration, and Industrial Process Systems.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our product offerings, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Explaining and promoting the features of K-FLEX product offerings with an emphasis on application specifics.
- Probing and listening to customers, including anticipating and responding to customer questions and concerns.
- Actively contributing to the overall sales goals of the Company and its Sales and Marketing Departments.
- Developing and maintaining a mastery of product knowledge and consultative promotion techniques.
- Providing recommendations towards sales and marketing solutions based on understanding and evaluations of trends, dynamics, and customer needs.
- Maintaining all sales demonstration tools and applications.
- Developing technical presentations for current and potential customers.
- Participating in and contributing to sales and marketing meetings and trade shows as appropriate.
- Working in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 1 year related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Presentation skills with the ability to present to all audiences including upper-level management when necessary.
- Ability to travel including overnights up to 60%.
