Job Description

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our CNS division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on CNS.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
