Regional Head of Sales Job Description

Travelzoo is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales team. As Regional Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of local and global accounts, leading business development projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Provide day-to-day management and leadership to the sales team, ensuring they meet individual quarterly revenue targets and goals
  • Collaborate with the production and publishing teams to ensure continued focus on winning content and efficient pitch-to-publish processes
  • Build strong cross-team and interdepartmental relationships to maximize opportunities and ensure efficiency
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of management experience, with digital experience required
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with online CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to organize sales activities, reporting, and forecasting
  • Excellent planning, developing, and executing online sales strategies
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Focused on high performance with a solid work ethic and hands-on approach
