About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and revenue in our Eastern US market. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Eastern US market
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales team performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
