Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, Eastern US

Lenus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Eastern US sales team. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Eastern US region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets in the Eastern US region
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
