Territory Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Trainer at Gridiron Financial. As a Territory Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in training and mentoring new agents in our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure new agents have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Mentor and coach new agents to help them achieve their sales goals and overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales organization remains competitive.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field.

- Experience in a sales training or development role.
- Knowledge of sales software and systems.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
