We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Trainer at Gridiron Financial. As a Territory Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in training and mentoring new agents in our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure new agents have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Mentor and coach new agents to help them achieve their sales goals and overcome challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales organization remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or training and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales training or development role.
  • Knowledge of sales software and systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
