About the Role

KPS Global LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our Sales Group. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in developing and growing sales for our integrated panel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate the quotation, project management, and issue resolution for customer projects.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-range plans for assigned territories.
  • Work closely with customers to facilitate the order-fulfillment process from quotation through to installation and payment.
  • Promote and provide technical onsite and remote sales support of KPS Global Panel Systems as needed.
  • Track selling activity and customer data with CRM sales tools.
  • Provide real-time voice-of-customer feedback to management.
  • Provide input into product launches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in a technical sales/sales support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% to adequately cover assigned territory.
  • Proficiency with business analysis and financial management.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Effective presentation skills and ability to speak in front of groups.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
