Role Overview: As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will embody the PGA TOUR Superstore 'Customer First' philosophy, ensuring an outstanding checkout experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding store programs and promotions.
  • Adhere to operational processes to maintain a smooth customer service experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash handling or customer service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
