Cultivating a talent pipeline through networking and recruitment; developing succession plans by training and mentoring your team. A positive and solutions-oriented approach. Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.). At least 3 years of retail or related management experience with direct reports. A high school diploma or GED.Physical requirements:
Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Capability to stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder.
