Responsibilities include:

Cultivating a talent pipeline through networking and recruitment; developing succession plans by training and mentoring your team. Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment for employees to collaborate and recognize performance, enhancing employee engagement. Developing leaders by providing direction, delegation, and investing in their growth. Establishing a genuine customer focus on the sales floor by leading and directing the Leader on Duty program. Desired qualities in a candidate:

A positive and solutions-oriented approach. Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills. Proven leadership and supervisory abilities, including managing, directing, and executing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.). At least 3 years of retail or related management experience with direct reports. A high school diploma or GED.

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Capability to stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder. Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts per week.
