Position Overview: Under general supervision, Retail Sales Consultants provide guidance and education to each customer regarding their individual cannabis needs. Retail Sales Consultants assist every patient to ensure they receive the appropriate medication that will best support their specific health conditions. In adult-use markets, Retail Sales Consultants are expected to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Company's core values and culture. The Retail Sales Consultant collaborates closely with the dispensing facility leadership to achieve results in a dynamic environment where systems and processes are continuously evolving.
Compensation: $ Tips + Benefits
Work Schedule: Part Time / including weekends
Key Responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.
- Ensure all intake forms and related paperwork are accurately completed and filed, entering all relevant information into company databases for future reference.
- Verify patient purchase limits prior to entry into the consultation area and dispensary.
- Deliver outstanding Customer Care by fostering and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Respond to inquiries from customers regarding products, training, and general information.
- Manage patient records utilizing state and company databases.
- Maintain and update databases as necessary.
- Fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Responsible for the sales and promotion of all products.
- Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Two years of direct customer service experience required.
- MED Badge.
- Retail experience is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems.
- Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Additional Abilities Required:
- While performing the duties of this role, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, use hands for manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance). Must be able to communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
