Position Overview: Under general supervision, Customer Service Specialists provide assistance and education to each client regarding their individual cannabis needs. These representatives ensure that every patient receives the appropriate medication tailored to their specific health conditions. In markets for adult use, they are expected to deliver exceptional customer service while embodying the Company's core values and culture. The Customer Service Specialist collaborates closely with the leadership of the dispensing facility to achieve results in a dynamic environment where systems and processes are continually evolving.

Compensation: Tips + Benefits

Work Schedule: Full Time, including weekends

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and uphold a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.
  • Ensure all intake forms and necessary documentation are accurately completed and filed, entering all relevant information into company databases for future reference.
  • Verify patient purchase limits before allowing entry into the consultation area and dispensary.
  • Deliver outstanding Customer Care by fostering and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers seeking product information, training, and general assistance.
  • Manage patient records using state and company databases.
  • Maintain and update databases as required.
  • Fulfill customer orders efficiently.
  • Promote and sell all products effectively.
  • Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Two years of direct customer service experience required.
  • MED Badge.
  • Retail experience is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems.
  • Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.

Additional Abilities Required:
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, use hands for manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance). The ability to communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc., is essential. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
