Role Overview: As a Retail Customer Service Specialist, you will embody the PGA TOUR Superstore 'Customer First' philosophy, ensuring a pleasant and efficient checkout experience for every patron.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding store programs and promotions while adhering to operational protocols.
- Maintain a welcoming environment for customers, fostering positive interactions and experiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash handling or customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
