As a Retail Store Leader, you and your team will serve as the initial point of contact for growing families. Responsibilities include:

Cultivating a talent pipeline through networking and recruitment; developing succession plans by training and mentoring your team. Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and recognizes performance to enhance employee engagement. Nurturing leaders by providing direction, delegation, and investing in their growth. Establishing a genuine customer focus on the sales floor by leading and directing the Leader on Duty program. Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with our product styles, features, and benefits. Building customer loyalty by guiding and coaching the team on the advantages of customer participation in our Loyalty programs, including credit. Implementing the Company's directives on merchandising and operations; managing payroll and budgets. Understanding and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying behaviors to drive results. Seamlessly leading and integrating an omnichannel experience, ensuring teams are trained on the available tools. Minimizing loss through consistent customer service, education, and operational controls.

Desired qualities in a candidate:

A positive and solutions-oriented attitude. Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills. Proven leadership and supervisory abilities, including the capacity to lead, direct, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.). A minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience overseeing direct reports. A high school diploma or GED.

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Capability to stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder. Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts per week.
