Role Summary:

The Account Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring the effectiveness of operational procedures. This position involves collaborating with clients to identify their needs, conducting thorough analyses, and recommending tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to identify and clarify their needs or challenges, establishing the scope of necessary investigations.
  • Work alongside colleagues to conduct comprehensive studies or surveys to gather essential data for effective solutions.
  • Evaluate data to propose solutions related to claims management, client relations, staffing, workflow, and reporting.
  • Facilitate communication and coordinate resolutions with all relevant departments, advising clients on alternative methods or specific recommendations.
  • Implement customer satisfaction surveys and organize annual reporting mechanisms for both clients and management.
  • Focus on account retention by participating in review meetings, providing reports on at-risk accounts, and supporting sales initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding services or products to enhance revenue from existing accounts.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or have five to ten years of relevant experience. Knowledge of California Labor Code and its application to Workers' Compensation is essential.
