Registered Nurse Required in Pediatric and Perinatal Care
Position Overview:

This role encompasses a range of responsibilities focused on enhancing clinical quality and ensuring patient safety. The incumbent will provide expert consultation and education regarding accreditation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and infection control. Additionally, the position involves contributing to the design and implementation of evidence-based guidelines aimed at minimizing clinical practice variation and improving patient outcomes. The role also includes the collection and analysis of clinical data for various stakeholders, assisting in regulatory review preparations, and monitoring incidents that may impact medical center liability.

  • Acts as a subject matter expert on quality improvement processes, engaging in policy development and compliance initiatives to enhance patient safety and health outcomes.
  • Implements stakeholder development and performance review processes, providing feedback and coaching to promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
