As a Client Engagement Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing Client Experience Behaviors as outlined in the NPS program, utilizing client feedback to elevate in-store experiences.
  • Applying best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, creating unique experiences based on client feedback.
  • Connecting with clients' personal styles to provide tailored recommendations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles (e.g., hospitality).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving commercial objectives.
  • Strong ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Desired:

  • A college or university degree.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.

The compensation for this position starts at $27.00 per hour, with potential for sales commission based on performance.
