As a Client Engagement Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Sales Responsibilities:
- Strengthening client relationships to promote loyalty and increase spending.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Gathering and managing client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Driving a significant portion of sales through repeat business from loyal clients.
- Identifying innovative strategies to enhance business growth through exceptional client experiences.
- Promoting key product lines to maximize sales opportunities.
- Engaging clients through curiosity and discovery during each appointment.
Service Excellence:
- Enhancing the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments for every client.
- Exhibiting passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during each selling interaction.
- Implementing Client Experience Behaviors as outlined in the NPS program, utilizing client feedback to elevate in-store experiences.
- Applying best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, creating unique experiences based on client feedback.
- Connecting with clients' personal styles to provide tailored recommendations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles (e.g., hospitality).
- Demonstrated success in achieving commercial objectives.
- Strong ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
Desired:
- A college or university degree.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
The compensation for this position starts at $27.00 per hour, with potential for sales commission based on performance.
