As a Tiffany Client Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Embodying the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring that each experience is extraordinary through your unique personal touch.
  • Acting as a passionate communicator and brand ambassador, showcasing your enthusiasm for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships, exceeding sales targets through your entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to client development.
  • Promoting a culture of client engagement and outreach to enhance business growth.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Strengthening client relationships to foster loyalty and increase spending.
  • Consistently meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Collecting and managing client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
  • Driving a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
  • Identifying innovative strategies to enhance the client experience during appointments.
  • Focusing on key product areas to drive sales.
  • Engaging clients through curiosity and discovery in every interaction.

Service Excellence:

  • Enhancing the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments for every client.
  • Demonstrating your passion as a Tiffany ambassador during each selling experience.
  • Implementing client experience behaviors as outlined in our feedback programs to elevate in-store interactions.
  • Optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences based on client feedback.
  • Connecting with clients' personal styles to offer tailored recommendations.

Experience Requirements:

Required:

  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles.
  • Proven success in achieving commercial objectives.
  • Strong ability to connect with clients.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience working with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and client management tools.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Desired:

  • A college or university degree.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.

The compensation for this position starts at $27.00 per hour, with the potential for additional sales commissions based on performance.
