As a Tiffany Client Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Embodying the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring that each experience is extraordinary through your unique personal touch.
- Acting as a passionate communicator and brand ambassador, showcasing your enthusiasm for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Building and nurturing client relationships, exceeding sales targets through your entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to client development.
- Promoting a culture of client engagement and outreach to enhance business growth.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Strengthening client relationships to foster loyalty and increase spending.
- Consistently meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Collecting and managing client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Driving a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
- Identifying innovative strategies to enhance the client experience during appointments.
- Focusing on key product areas to drive sales.
- Engaging clients through curiosity and discovery in every interaction.
Service Excellence:
- Enhancing the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments for every client.
- Demonstrating your passion as a Tiffany ambassador during each selling experience.
- Implementing client experience behaviors as outlined in our feedback programs to elevate in-store interactions.
- Optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences based on client feedback.
- Connecting with clients' personal styles to offer tailored recommendations.
Experience Requirements:
Required:
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles.
- Proven success in achieving commercial objectives.
- Strong ability to connect with clients.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience working with a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and client management tools.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Desired:
- A college or university degree.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
The compensation for this position starts at $27.00 per hour, with the potential for additional sales commissions based on performance.
