Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AFSIM Modeling and Simulation Project Lead to join our team at Nutanix. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the development and implementation of AFSIM modeling and simulation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide AFSIM analysis expertise to internal stakeholders and customers, including mentoring and training junior staff members.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate in-house tools with AFSIM and develop new tools and methodologies.
- Develop and present technical presentations and reports to communicate analysis results and recommendations to technical leads, management, and customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize project objectives and develop project plans and schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project results and products.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in AFSIM modeling and simulation, with a focus on project leadership and technical expertise.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical skills in AFSIM, including proficiency in software languages such as Python, C++, and MATLAB.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in a relevant STEM field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with multiple software languages and tools, including AFSIM, Python, C++, and MATLAB.
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community or U.S. Department of Defense business practices, acquisition policies, or space mission portfolios.
- Current SCI access with a polygraph.
Nutanix offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,800 - $181,100, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
