Job Title: Regional Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Leader to join our team at Nidec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Guide the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to management
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong network of contacts within the EV charging industry
  • Knowledge of renewable energy incentives and policies within the assigned geographic area
  • Prefer experience selling electric vehicle charging, solar, or energy management solutions in the commercial space
Working Conditions:
  • Standard office environment with standard production equipment
  • OSHA compliant manufacturing facilities
