Job Description

As a Regional Sales Director for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, you will be responsible for driving retail sales strategy and leading a team of sales professionals across multiple marketplaces and key cities in the North America region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a plan to achieve/exceed omni sales goals for the region, aligned with the brand's vision and strategy.
  • Manage a team of Business Development Managers, Account Executives, and Education Managers to create and implement sales strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Merchants, and Store Managers, to drive business results and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of multi-door sales experience in prestige cosmetics or retail.
  • Proven experience in managing and driving retail results with Department Stores, Specialty retailers, and Multi-brand stores.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of leading beauty and fragrance brands and their competitive positioning.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel 20-60% of the time, with flexible hours to meet job objectives.
