Position Overview

The Clinical Infusion Specialist plays a crucial role in administering biologics, IVIG, and various medications as prescribed by healthcare providers. This position involves closely monitoring patient infusions to ensure optimal experiences and outcomes.

In addition to administering treatments, the Clinical Infusion Specialist is responsible for educating patients about potential side effects, the duration of infusions, and expected results. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as this role directly impacts patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer intravenous therapies in a safe and effective manner.
  • Provide comprehensive education to patients regarding their treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient responses during infusions and address any concerns.
  • Maintain a valid California RN license and current BLS certification.
  • Demonstrate strong intravenous skills and previous experience in infusion or emergency nursing is advantageous.
  • This is a per-diem role with potential for full-time opportunities in a dynamic and expanding organization.
  • Availability is required every Wednesday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with no weekend or holiday shifts necessary.
