Position Type: Full Time | Part Time applicants are welcome

Compensation: Salary range from $83,200 to $104,000 annually, based on experience

Work Environment:
Outpatient - Clinic based setting

Responsibilities


Deliver skilled speech therapy treatment plans as per physician directives, while assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results for patients.

Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding the supervision of SLPAs and Clinical Fellows, maintaining the highest standards of care.


Facilitate continuity of care post-discharge by creating home exercise programs, instructing patients, and recommending assistive devices or follow-up programs.


Thoroughly document and maintain clinical and administrative records concerning patient limitations, interventions, treatments, responses, and progress, including discharge summaries.

Safeguard patient confidentiality at all times.

Record treatment charges daily and ensure documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

Adhere to the applicable State Speech Therapy Practice Act, codes, and regulations.

Additional Duties:
Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent situations as per established protocols.

Maintain a clean workspace and treatment areas, and request necessary supplies.

Exhibit professional appearance and conduct consistently.

Follow all company policies and procedures.


Build and sustain effective working relationships with colleagues and other professionals to enhance patient care collaboration.

Maintain regular clinic hours as approved by management.

Coordinate all patient scheduling through the front desk.

Participate in meetings as required.

Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

Graduation from an ASHA accredited Speech Therapy program

Current State Speech Therapist license

Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship

Current CPR certification

Strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and time management skills

Commitment to prioritizing the best interests of clients and their families
