Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support a Speech-Language Pathologist in delivering effective therapy to students in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing individualized therapy plans designed by the Speech-Language Pathologist to promote student communication development.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with students, both individually and in small groups, to foster their communication skills.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of therapy activities and student progress to ensure accurate tracking and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated support for students and promote a comprehensive approach to communication development.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings focused on student progress and therapy planning to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications:

  • California SLPA License or eligibility to secure licensure.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a school or clinical environment is beneficial.
